The Sixth International Conference on Web Engineering will be held July 2006 in Menlo Park, California, at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center. The conference aims to promote research and scientific exchange related to engineering content for the web, and to bring together practitioners, researchers, and those that want to learn more about web engineering.

ICWE 2006 continues the tradition which began in Caceres Spain ('01), Santa Fe, Argentina ('02), Oviedo Spain ('03), Munich, Germany, ('04) and Sydney Australia ('05).

ICWE is jointly organized by the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, the University of San Francisco , and the University of California-Santa Cruz.
